Cancellation Policy
**Non-Refundable Deposit Policy – Willa Nicole Rose Lux Events** To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you and covers initial planning, coordination, and administrative services. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in event details. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
